Funding for Malvern technology business secures development to 'master the middle market' of smart in-home entertainment devices.

HD Connectivity Ltd, an award-winning smart home electronics company trading as HDANYWHERE in Malvern is challenging the US market with its universal control platform, uControl™, which provides a more affordable smart home offering compared to the main players in the market thanks to funding raised by Central Business Finance based in Birmingham.

Central Business Finance, an experienced and professional commercial finance company, supported the ambitious Malvern-based technology business by providing a funding package to facilitate the development and support the launch of the widely anticipated device.

Innovators in multiroom TV and audio, long-distance signal extension, and HDMI-based products, HD Connectivity hold multiple patents, sell worldwide and manufacture thousands of units per year to export to 28 countries located across five continents. The latest HDANYWHERE ‘MHUB’ systems offer unified control of media, music and mood (TV, audio, lighting & shading, and more) into a centralised entertainment system, which neatens technology within living spaces and allows a range of interfaces like apps, keypads, voice assistants and universal remotes to be used to control everything.
