Ian Goddard and Lee Edginton have a backgound in the water treatment industry and also run a consultancy in the industry in the West Midlands.


They purchased ‘TER’ a company located in Kent, as part of their stratgy to have a group of allied companies in the industry.


Ian and Lee decided to utilise Central Business Finance to put together a package of funding to facilitate the purchase. This included invoice discounting, an Enerprise Finance Guarantee Loan, a Start-up loan and a Regional finance loan.


With a Head Office in the West Midlands they have also now purchased a 2nd company in Hampshire. Once again Central assisted with invoice discounting, a start-up loan and Regional loan to complete the package of finance required.
